Jude R. Collins, MBA

A New Orleans native and seasoned professional with experience in business development, government procurement, legislative affairs, operational excellence, risk management, organizational planning and operations.

Mr. Collins began his professional career August of 2011 at the EOP Group, a reputable lobbying firm located Northwest Washington, District of Columbia. In 2017, he accepted a leadership role as Chief Administrative Officer at Global Energy Solutions, a company known for efficient operations and self-performing public, federal and state contracts for more than ten years.

In 2020, Collins moved back to his hometown New Orleans to help reduce the spread of COVID-19. He began sourcing and supplying personal protective equipment for federal and state healthcare government agencies across the United States; specifically Maryland, Georgia, Texas, and Louisiana. He is well respected and known for his professionalism to a capacity where he now oversee the COVID-19 vaccination business operations, redistribution and administration operations between the government and CDC approved vaccine providers.

Dr. Judith Hackett


A New Orleans native, Dr. Judith Hackett is an Ursuline Academy graduate and earned her Undergraduate degree from Harvard-Radcliffe College. She graduated from the Meharry Medical College School of Medicine in 1981 and completed a residency at Charity Hospital LSU. Dr. Hackett specializes in Family Medicine and currently practices at 1901 Leonidas St. located in the Carrollton neighborhood, where she continues a legacy of medical services to an underserved community.


Dr. Hackett provides service following a legacy of commitment to the community in that location where her grandfather, Anthony Hackett Sr., one of the first Black pharmacists in New Orleans opened a Pharmacy at 1901 Leonidas in the 1940’s as well as her father, Dr. Anthony Hackett Sr. who opened his medical practice at that same location in the 1950’s. In 1992, Dr. Judith Hackett took over his practice and has served the community for almost 30 years. Dr. Hackett continues to be a well-respected and experienced physician who is passionate about providing quality healthcare.

Dr. Vonda Lynette Gaitor


Dr. Vonda Lynette Gaitor is recognized by the Louisiana State Board of Nursing as a family nurse practitioner and clinical nurse specialist. She received her Ph.D in Nursing in 2011 from Southern University and A&M College, MSN - in 1994 with a focus on woman-child health, Post-Masters Family Nurse Practitioner in 1997 from the University of South Alabama and her BSN from LSU Health Science Center in 1987. She is certified as a family nurse practitioner by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioner, the American Nurse Credentialing Center as a Family Nurse Practitioner and Pediatric Nurse and certified by the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration as a certified medical examiner.


She has 33 years of nursing experience as a registered nurse and 23 years as a nurse practitioner and clinical nurse specialist working with women, men and children in the hospital and clinic setting, receiving several awards and recognition throughout her career. She has worked as an educator and/or served as a preceptor for several universities including Southern University and A& M College, Dillard University, Our Lady of Holy Cross College, University of Phoenix, Loyola University, Southeastern Louisiana University and Herzing. She serves on the Medical Advisory and Credentialing Committee of Healthy Blue Health Insurance, the Pharmacy & Therapeutics Committee, Medical Advisory Committee and the Quality Assessment and Performance Improvement Program Committee of Louisiana Healthcare Connections Insurance. In addition, she is the Owner/CEO of Trinity Healthcare Services and works as a nurse consultant for several law firms in the state of Louisiana.
